The Last Ticket uses a randomly generated room code and a private access token saved in your browser to recognize your seat. It stores the name you enter, trip timing and departure preferences, submitted destinations, and any price notes you choose to share. Destinations are shown only to their submitter until the room enters the draw phase. Other group members can see those destinations during and after the draw. Rooms expire after seven days and are inaccessible afterward. Expired records are purged when new rooms are created; the host can delete the room and its related data immediately using the Delete room control. We do not ask for an email address or payment information to play. The service uses Supabase for room data and Vercel for hosting, and loads images from Unsplash. To calculate automatic indicative trip budgets, your departure city and entered destinations may be looked up using Open-Meteo geocoding to obtain approximate coordinates. Those searches go to Open-Meteo under its own privacy and usage policies. The travel cost calculations occur on your device and are not actual supplier quotes.
